(JP2JPC) John Paul II
Guided by the motto “Faith Doing Justice,” the Centre aims to address social injustices in Uganda through research, advocacy, training, and collaboration with like-minded organizations. John Paul II Justice and Peace Centre (JPIIJPC) is a faith-based organization established in 2006 by the Comboni Missionaries, Holy Cross Missionaries, Mill Hill Missionaries, Missionaries of Africa, and the Society of Jesus (Jesuits).
Human Rights and Good Governance
Combating human trafficking and modern slavery through awareness, advocacy, and support for survivors.
Promoting girl-child education as a fundamental right.
Empowering citizens through democracy and civic education initiatives.
Peace and Peaceful Dispute Resolution
Building peaceful coexistence in refugee and host communities through capacity building, dialogue, inter-religious prayers, and cultural exchanges.
Facilitating access to solar energy in refugee settlements to enhance health, education, and small businesses.

Promoting environmental conservation and combating climate change through tree planting, climate change education, and green initiatives.
